Natural Nourishment

Liquid Food:

When administration of Tawa tawa is done or if you do not have tawa tawa, you can now administer an all liquid diet.

Fresh fruit juice is better than water every time. Fresh fruit juice is bioavailable and hydrates the human body much better than plain old water. I’m talking 90% of water in fresh fruit juice is utilized by the body versus 10% only for plain drinking water.

Fresh Coconut Juice, fresh from a freshly opened coconut, not from a package, not from the juice vendor where it is mixed with ice, water and sugar. Did I make myself clear?

If you like you can alternate with freshly squeezed orange juice, without the seeds, without the pulp. Aka you filter it. Add distilled water or reverse osmosis water to your liking.

If you don’t have oranges, just have the patient suck on dalanghita citrus all day long. Spit out the pulp so you don’t fill the stomach with fiber to digest.

You can supplement with Virgin Coconut Oil if the patient likes the taste. It is optional.

Sunshine, give the patient plenty of sunshine. At least 1 hour direct sunlight everyday. Not through the window glass or window screens, direct sunlight.

Fresh Air is better than recirculated air conditioning. Open the windows. Never re-breath your own air. If your house is stuffy, camp outside under a mosquito net.

Barefoot. Let the patient walk barefoot so his body is electrically grounded. This helps circulation and helps neutralize built up electrical charges.

Massage. Human contact, love, emotion is priceless. You don’t have to be an expert. Being your loved one, the empathy is enough to charge him.

No Television, No Video Games, please. The brain needs rest. The eyes need rest. A good clean view of nature will do wonders.

Rest, relaxation and familiar company to lift the spirits. Tell stories. Human interaction. The need to connect. Parents must stay with the child. Take an office leave. Dengue is critical. You must take care of your child personally as no one else can.
