Your local quack doctor may want to give aspirin or acetaminophen or some NSAIDs (non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs), JUST SAY NO! NO! NO!
What can happen if you accept drugs? How about drug induced DEATH? Those drugs are THE CAUSE of even more internal bleeding! Then they will blame the dengue virus when in fact the internal bleeding was caused by the DRUGS!
If the hospital says they should give you drugs, refuse. If the doctor says you need drugs for dengue, he is a quack, refuse. If your health insurance says you need to take the drugs, say no. Ask for a waiver. Sign the waiver. If they are being pig headed about you taking the drugs, pull out of the hospital and go home!
A dextrose is fine, but drugs are not.
Beware of the pushy solid cooked food feeder. Do not feed the sick solid food.
